The Bear Trap section automates the alliance Bear Hunt: joining rallies, optionally leading one, and donating Hunting Arrows to strengthen the trap. It lives in Settings → Alliance, near the bottom of the page.

The values in the screenshot are one account's configuration, not the defaults. Each option's default is listed below.
Turning it on
| Option | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Enable Bear Trap Auto-Join | Master switch for the whole section. Nothing below runs while it is off. | Off |
| Join Trap 1 / Join Trap 2 | Which of the two traps the bot is allowed to join. | On |
| Join all open rallies | Joins every open rally it finds, instead of only the first one. | On |
| Auto-launch own rally (be the rally master) | Starts your own rally so others can join you, rather than only joining rallies started by alliance mates. | On |
Timing and volume
| Option | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Wait after rally created | Seconds to wait before joining a rally that has just been created. 0 joins as fast as possible, which is what you normally want — rally timers are short and a late join is a missed rally. Raise it only if you deliberately want to leave the early slots to someone else. |
0 |
| Max marches per trap | Caps how many marches you commit to one trap. 0 means no limit. |
0 |
| Pre-event window | How many seconds before the trap the bot starts holding troops back for it: it stops sending new gather marches and keeps your army available for the rally. 300 is five minutes. Lower it if you would rather keep gathering until the last moment, raise it if your marches travel far. 0 disables the hold entirely, so troops may still be out when the trap opens. |
300 |
| Recall buffer | Safety margin on the recall itself. Gather marches are called home just in time — each march is recalled at the moment its own travel time says it will get back before the trap starts, plus this many extra seconds to absorb network and server latency. Raise it if marches occasionally arrive home late. | 30 |
Those two work together: Pre-event window decides when the bot stops starting new gathers, while Recall buffer only pads the return trip of the marches already out. Both are counted against server time, not your PC clock.
Troops sent
| Option | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Fill march to capacity (top-up) | Fills each march up to its full capacity. Turn it off to send strictly the ratio you configured below, which can leave a march below capacity. | On |
| Max troops per march | Hard cap on the total troops in one march — useful when your alliance enforces a per-rally limit. 0 uses the full march capacity. Applies to both the rallies you join and the one you lead, unless you override the lead below. |
0 |
The bot distinguishes the troops you send as a joiner from the troops you send as the rally master, so you can commit lightly to other people's rallies while leading with a real army. Both blocks work the same way:
- Minimal (1 troop — hero carries the damage) — sends a single soldier, just enough to occupy the slot; your hero does the work. Off by default.
- Infantry / Cavalry / Ranged count — these are a split ratio, not absolute amounts. The total is decided by the march capacity (and by the two options above); the percentages only decide how that total is divided between the three troop types, so they should add up to 100. Defaults: 33 / 33 / 34.
The master rally block has two extra options, because alliances usually cap what a member may join with, not what the rally master leads with:
| Option | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Use a separate troop cap when leading | Makes the rally you lead ignore Max troops per march and use its own cap instead. Off means the master keeps sharing the cap above. | Off |
| Max troops when leading | The master's own hard cap, used only while the option above is on. 0 means no limit, so your rally goes out at full march capacity while your joins stay within the alliance limit. |

Hunting Arrows
Donating Hunting Arrows raises the trap's damage tier for the whole alliance.
| Option | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-donate Hunting Arrows to strengthen the trap | Enables the donation. | On |
| Arrows per donation | How many arrows go in per batch. 100 is one full tier jump. |
100 |
| Keep arrows in reserve | The bot never spends below this stock, so you can keep arrows for later traps. 0 donates freely. |
0 |
| Keep donating when the trap is already maxed | Normally the bot stops once the trap is at its maximum, since further arrows add nothing. Enable this only if your alliance wants the stock pushed in regardless. | Off |
Recommended starting point
Enable the master switch, leave the joining options as they are, and set Max troops per march if your alliance enforces a limit. If you only want to contribute a slot without risking troops, tick Minimal under Joining troops and leave the master rally block at full strength.
